The ecological crisis is fundamentally a spiritual problem demanding a spiritual solution. The work begins with reconnecting the human spirit with local ecosystems—the trees, plants, soil, food, air, water, and all living things around us. Restoring that relationship between spirit and biology changes the conversation and transforms communities.

We have decades of experience and expertise in ecological spirituality and integrating it with practical matters like ministry programing, land use, growing food, and conservation. We substantively address the nexus between ecological and racial domination. Cultivating an ecologically rich spiritual life within our communities helps us become what the ancient peoples imagined as a Commonwealth of Life—a community of all living things.
